We are looking for passionate Support Workers who are available to work on a Permanent basis.
As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care at all times and support the service users' emotional wellbeing. You recognize that the role is to help support service users maximize their choices, rights, and decisions.
The successful candidate must have:
1. Hold a full UK driving licence
2. Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Adult Social Care is great but not essential
3. 6 months experience working in a similar setting
4. Empathetic people person who is non-judgemental and calm
5. Dedicated and committed with a can-do attitude
