Youll take full control of your sites performance
with autonomy over local decisions on stock, sales, pricing, staffing, and customer relationships. What Youll Be Doing - Leading all day-to-day site operations including trade counter, warehouse, admin, and delivery - Setting local sales strategy to drive customer growth and profitability - Managing, coaching, and developing your branch team - Building strong local relationships with plumbing and trade customers - Overseeing stock, purchasing, cost control and site overheads - Ensuring site compliance, safety and high operational standards What Were Looking For - Proven leadership experience in a trade counter, merchant, or plumbing/heating supplies setting - Commercially astute
