Commercial Property Solicitor - Our client, a prestigious and long-established full service firm in Central Reading, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor from NQ+ to join their expanding team.
About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including HNW individuals and a range of commercial clients, particularly within the hotels and leisure industry. This will include purchase and sales of commercial property, drafting leases and agreements, property finance, acquiring land for development, industrial property on managed estates and landlord & tenant work. This is a great role and opportunity to work alongside experienced Partner in Commercial Property.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dedicated individual with strong commercial acumen.
