Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Chartered Surveyors are recruiting an FP&A Manager to lead performance reporting, forecasting, and market analysis. The role requires experience in planning cycles, business partnering, and strategic modeling. The ideal candidate excels in communication, collaboration, and delivering high-quality work.
This is a home working role with occasional travel to Kettering Head Office.
Accountabilities include:
* Design and lead revenue and KPI reporting, providing insights and strategic discussions.
* Monitor operating costs, focusing on surveying resources, and collaborate on reporting and KPIs.
* Drive MI/BI solutions with dynamic, self-serve dashboards.
Strategic Optimization
* Maintain market perspective, model trends, and assess impacts on projections.
* Support strategic planning with scenario analysis and profit modeling.
Planning Cycle
* Create robust profit plans aligned with business strategy.
* Own and present five-year plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
* Manage and develop an FP&A analyst.
* Promote continuous improvement in processes and technology.
* Collaborate across divisions for effective planning and forecasting.
Qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), with experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance, strong commercial acumen, and proficiency in financial modeling and scenario planning.
