We run friendly, welcoming, and positive pubs, restaurants, and hotels with high standards, taking a different approach to others and always striving to be the best we can be.
We are looking for a front of house supervisor to join our team. This role involves delivering excellent bar and waiting hospitality to our customers and supporting our management team in leading a shift.
The Pavilion Arms is a newly refurbished Bournemouth pub with 11 boutique bedrooms, located just 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre and its beaches, and only 10 minutes from the train and bus station.
Our menu focuses on seasonality and locally sourced ingredients, creating exciting takes on British pub classics, with an emphasis on fresh fish, seafood, and steaks. We serve award-winning Butcombe beer and cider, along with a great selection of wines and cocktails.
Our stylish bedrooms are full of personal touches, with comfortable beds and stunning bathrooms. Whether you're planning a Bournemouth beach break or a romantic Dorset escape, we aim to make it special.
Outside, our covered terrace and rear beer garden provide perfect spaces for al fresco drinking and dining year-round.
