Flexible, Personality-Driven Design Systems

A standout portfolio of web design work that reflects your creativity, attention to detail, and innovative approach.
~6+ years of experience designing websites or digital experiences, preferably in high-velocity, design-led environments.
~ Deep expertise in layout, composition, typography, and responsive design.
~ Strong understanding of how design translates into development, and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
~ Mastery of tools like Figma and other leading design platforms.
~ A passion for visual storytelling, boundary-pushing aesthetics, and delightful user experiences.
~ A critical eye and high standards for design quality and brand integrity.
Bonus Points If You Bring
Experience with interactive animation and motion design principles.
Understanding of 3D elements in web environments.
Prior exposure to Web3/crypto brands and the unique expectations of their user base.
Experience designing for both marketing and product-oriented websites.
