Our client, a high-end luxury serviced office provider is seeking 2 x Lifestyle Office Assistants. These are newly created roles sat within their Executive Suite working directly under the CEO. Looking for a committed, polished, and collaborative candidate who is proactive in their approach and able to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Core duties will include scheduling and organising training sessions and appointments, record and track basic health and performance metrics, help maintain daily routines, support day-day routines as part of the team, run errands and assist with daily logistics, prepare notes, material, and briefing documents when needed, and help keep personal and work environments organised. Looking for a candidate who has a keen interest in health and wellbeing and looking for a progressive role.
