Pay: £12.30 Starting rate and then increase on successful completion of Probatipn period to £12.60 per hour
1. General Operative-Injection (Nights: Monday to Thursday 10pm to 6am & Friday 5pm to 10:30pm)- Additional shift allowance £1.25 per hour
* Operate Small, Medium and Large injection moulding machines safely and correctly.
* Report issues or defects to maintain production quality.
2. General Operative-Finishing (Afternoon: Monday – Thursday 2pm – 10pm, Friday 11:30am – 5pm)
* Be seated throughout the day, working meticulously with ceramic cores of varying sizes.
* The work involves using precision tools to create holes and refine the cores, so a high level of attention to detail, care, and commitment to quality is essential.
3. General Operative-Unpack (Afternoon: Monday – Thursday 2pm – 10pm, Friday 11:30am – 5pm)
* Standing and lifting heavy weights and in a dusty environment with appropriate PPE provided
