Compensation
$150 – 190 K based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and mentoring a team of 5–7 engineers, including contractors
* Driving full‑stack development across backend and frontend systems
* Designing scalable services, APIs, and data models
* Shaping UI/UX implementations using a component‑driven design system
* Establishing engineering standards, patterns, and best practices
* Championing AI‑assisted development workflows across the team
* Collaborating cross‑functionally to plan roadmaps and delivery timelines
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Advanced full‑stack expertise with Python, NestJS, React, and MongoDB
* Experience designing GraphQL APIs and scalable architectures
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams
* Hands‑on experience using AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor)
* Strong technical judgment and architectural decision‑making skills
