The Role
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established building surveying service line and workload, while playing a key part in shaping and expanding the building consultancy offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a broad range of building surveying services, including Dilapidations, Schedules of condition, and Project management.
* Take ownership of an existing fee income stream.
* Work closely with company founders and clients to provide strategic property advice.
* Build and develop new client relationships, supported by an established professional network.
* Contribute to the growth and integration of building consultancy services within the wider business.
About You
* Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent preferred).
* Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level (or ready to step up).
* Strong experience across core professional building surveying services.
* Comfortable working independently in a highly autonomous role.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a service line.
* Proven client-facing skills with the ability to generate and develop business opportunities.
