What You'll Be Doing
* Take ownership of technical products and projects from start to finish.
* Work hand-in-hand with business users to uncover the real needs beyond stated requirements.
* Challenge current systems and processes, delivering innovative solutions through technical excellence.

What We're Looking For
* Strong programming skills, with recent experience in
C#/.Net
or other OO languages such as
Java
or
Python
.
* Experience with
SQL databases
.
* Exposure to
Azure
or
AWS
.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* A passion for technology, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Financial Services experience is a plus, but not essential.
* Minimum 2:1 degree
in Computer Science (or related field)
from a Russell Group university
