About the Role
This is a new role joining a newly created marketing team at Derek Rose.

Location: London (onsite 4 days)

What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media Management & Scheduling
* Oversee the day-to-day management of Derek Rose social media platforms.
* Plan, schedule and publish content across all key channels, including Instagram.
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager, freelance social strategist and freelance designer to ensure a consistent and engaging content pipeline that mirrors the customer calendar
* Act as brand guardian ensuring all content aligns with Derek Rose guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.
* Support the execution of social content tied to campaigns, launches and seasonal moments.
* Maintain an organised social publishing calendar and ensure content goes live accurately and on time.
Community Engagement
* Help cultivate and manage relationships with our online communities.
* Respond to customers and communities across social platforms, ensuring interactions reflect the Derek Rose brand.
* Support with community briefs and projects, ensuring samples and products are organised and delivered to creators when needed.
Insight & Performance
* Monitor social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
* Track and analyse content performance across channels, using platform analytics and reporting tools.
* Produce weekly and monthly reports that highlight key insights and actionable recommendations.
Production Support & Sample Management
* Support the creation of assets and content across all photography and video, not limited to social production.
* Assist with the organisation and management of samples for photoshoots, campaigns and events.
* Ensure products and samples are prepared and delivered to shoots, including steaming and organisation of shot lists where required.
* Support ecommerce shoots by checking assets against colour accuracy and product detail, working closely with designers and retouchers where needed.
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience in social media within luxury retail or fashion, in a B2C environment.
* A creative mindset with a sharp eye for what works on social.
* Confident copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives across different formats and platforms.
* Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, publishing tools and analytics.
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* A proactive and hands-on approach to getting things done.
* Confidence working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
* Comfortable working in a new team and evolving environment
* Confident in helping shape new processes within a growing team.
Nice To Have
* Experience creating content for social, including photography or video
* Familiarity with basic content editing tools
