About the Role
The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, supervision, and academic administration across the programme during a period of maternity leave cover within the team. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate modules, supporting trainees both academically and within clinical placements, and contributing to curriculum development and programme enhancement activities. The post holder will also work closely with NHS partners and support a range of programme administration, recruitment, and quality assurance activities.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate modules.

* Contribute to curriculum development and programme enhancement.
* Support NHS partners and contribute to programme administration, recruitment, and quality assurance activities.
* Supervise trainees and facilitate academic and professional development.
Qualifications
* Good degree in Psychology conferring eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society, or related qualification/registration.
* Experience delivering low‑intensity CBT interventions in adult mental health services, e.g., PWP role.
* Significant experience working with people experiencing common mental health difficulties.
* Strong understanding of evidence‑based low‑intensity interventions and the PWP national curriculum.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
* Experience teaching, training, mentoring, or supervising students or trainees.
