Supervisor – Planned
Our Client, a leading construction contractor, is currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their planned works division. The role is based in Kent and offers up to £38k plus van and fuel card.
Responsibilities
* Management of sub‑contractors & direct operatives
* Admin tasks
* Manage delivery of works to specification
* Have several direct reports to manage including RLOs and office staff
* Pre & post inspections of works
* Health & safety & quality checks
* Sign off properties after works have been completed
* Conduct regular toolbox talks with the team
* Monthly van inspections
* Ensure compliance within the company following company policies and procedures
* Allocation of maintenance tasks and ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
* Positive attitude towards work and ability to work in a growing business
* Team KPIs
* Managing inventories
* Lead point of contact for maintenance staff to direct to
Qualifications
* Valid SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness certificates
* Strong communication skills
* Proven track record managing and delivering planned works projects
