Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families in the community. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments for children and families. Manage a caseload of CIN and CP cases effectively. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Provide guidance and support to junior social workers and team members. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and organizational policies. Maintain accurate and timely records of all casework.
