We are currently recruiting for an outstanding professional to join our Children and Families Trust in Bradford, where your work will have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children and their families. About the Role As a Senior Social Worker, you will be a key member of the Children and Families Trust team, delivering high-quality services and leading by example in effective social work practice. This role involves assessment, planning, and the implementation of tailored interventions to meet the needs of children and families—ensuring safety, stability, and support. Key Responsibilities Assessments & Interventions Conduct thorough assessments and deliver impactful interventions that support children and families. Multi-Agency Collaboration Work closely with professionals in health, education, and the voluntary sector to ensure coordinated care. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers. Practice Leadership Demonstrate expertise and act as a role model in delivering best practice across the team. Policy Contribution Support the development and implementation of service procedures and policies. Team Engagement Participate in team meetings and contribute to shared service goals and outcomes.
