Your role as a Assistant Site Manager at Reds10 * To ensure the highest Health and Safety standards on site and to ensure quality control checks are carried out. * To assist with the day-to-day running on site of a Reds10 construction project to keep within the timescale and budget of a project, and resolve any delays or problems encountered on-site during the project. * Assist with managing the construction programme and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations * · Assist with sample and control panels and quality control procedures and ensure they are followed at all times * · Identify potential issues before they arise and flag to the Site Manager · Keep your direct team motivated and focussed * ·Use BIM models for information, discussing the model with the team to inform consequent execution of work.
