Reward Analyst - Compensation Focus - Permanent - Hybrid - London - Up to 72K
We are excited to be partnering with a leading investment firm based in the City, who are expanding their team with the addition of a Reward Analyst, with a strong focus on Compensation. Following a recent major merger, the business is seeking a specialist who can play a pivotal role in harmonising reward frameworks, supporting annual compensation review cycles and delivering strategic analysis and insights across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
The Reward Analyst will be responsible for
* Supporting and leading analysis for the annual compensation review process (January cycle).
* Preparing remuneration packs and reporting for senior stakeholders.
* Conducting business modelling and analysis to assess reward impacts.
* Managing and developing reward systems and data integrity.
* Providing planning and analysis to inform compensation strategy.
* Working closely with HR and business leaders to harmonise reward structures across the merged organisation.
* Conducting analysis on Material Risk Takers (MRTs) at Group level.
* Delivering ad-hoc projects and business partner with front-office and support teams.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Financial Services experience (mandatory).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Excel and reward-related systems.
* Experience working with MRT populations.
* Demonstrated business partnering capability.
* Exposure to salary, bonus, and discretionary reward structures.
