We’re looking for a world-class Sushi Chef with Michelin-star experience to help drive standards and excellence.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare sushi to Michelin-star standards
* Lead and inspire the sushi section during service
* Support the senior chefs in delivering a world-class dining experience
* Manage prep, service, and kitchen organisation
* Maintain consistency and precision across all dishes
* Train and mentor junior chefs
* Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are met
* Contribute to menu development and refinement
Requirements:
* Strong Michelin-star kitchen experience is essential
* Expert sushi skills and precision knife work
* Calm, focused, and reliable under pressure
* High technical standards with a constant drive to improve
* Based within commuting distance of West London
* Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
