We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual for the role of Kitchen Assistant. Your focus will be supporting food preparation and maintaining cleanliness for safe meal production, ensuring high-quality service to residents. Responsibilities include:
1. Understanding safe food handling principles to uphold hygiene standards.
2. Contributing to team efforts and responding promptly to work instructions.
3. Managing supplies, ensuring timely ordering of necessary items.
4. Respecting residents and their visitors, maintaining dignity and individuality.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and maintain high personal hygiene standards.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety, including Moving and Handling, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
* Be physically capable of sustained effort and handling a demanding workload.
* Show initiative and flexibility in team settings.
* Demonstrate a caring attitude towards residents.
