As Head of Events, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of bespoke, high-profile events, ensuring that each experience is flawless and aligned with luxury standards. Drawing on your extensive experience in managing complex events, you will drive the organisation’s reputation for excellence by creating extraordinary, tailor-made experiences for discerning clients.
PLEASE NOTE - Extensive experience in luxury event management, with exceptional project management, 5 years + leadership experience, and client relationship skills, combined with impeccable attention to detail is a must.
Leadership & Strategy
You will lead and inspire the events team, fostering creativity and excellence in all aspects of event planning and execution. Developing and implementing strategies that reflect the organisation’s vision, you will ensure every event aligns with business objectives and brand values.
Client Management
As a primary contact for high-net-worth clients and brands, you will understand their needs and translate them into exceptional event solutions. Building long-term, trusted relationships, you will consistently exceed client expectations through personalised service and expert guidance.
Event Planning & Execution
Overseeing all event details—including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and décor—you will ensure seamless execution. Collaborating with creative teams and vendors, you will manage timelines and budgets to deliver events that are on time, within budget, and visually stunning.
Quality & Innovation
You will maintain rigorous quality control standards and stay informed on industry trends, incorporating innovations that elevate the client experience. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, setting new benchmarks in luxury event production.
Team Development
Mentoring the events team, you will foster a culture of professionalism and creativity, ensuring every member delivers at the highest level. Regular performance reviews and coaching will support their professional growth.
Financial Oversight
Managing event budgets, you will ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising on quality, while providing financial insights to senior management.
