Business Analyst Manager – Up to £65,000 | Hybrid (2 days onsite) | Staines-upon-Thames
Our client is hiring for a Business Analysis Manager with a passion for people management and process excellence.
You’ll:
* Lead and mentor a team of BAs (Junior to Principal level)
* Drive career development, performance reviews, and recruitment
* Champion best practices in Agile, process design, and documentation
* Oversee discovery, scoping, and high-level project delivery
* Step in as Lead BA on strategic projects when needed
* Engage with senior stakeholders across technical and business teams
