Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and best practice.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Analyse quality metrics, including complaints, non-conformances, and trends.
Perform inspections and ensure product quality meets required standards.
Travel across the UK to engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Deliver training and guidance to production teams.
Actively contribute to the Health & Safety Committee.
Support risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
Promote and embed a strong safety-first culture.
Conduct safety audits, investigate incidents, and implement preventative measures.
Maintain accurate data to improve traceability and operational performance.
