About the Role As a Quality & Clinical Education Consultant, you will: Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and drive continuous improvement across our Residential Services Provide expert clinical guidance, develop resources, and deliver education programs to enhance care quality Collaborate with site teams, conduct audits, and contribute to policy development and strategic projects Travel occasionally to BaptistCare homes to provide onsite support and training About the Team Join a collaborative Residential Services team committed to person-centred care, continuous improvement, and supporting aged care homes to deliver the best outcomes for our residents. About You: Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Delivery and assessment modules Experience in residential aged care Proven experience and knowledge of accreditation/registration and quality frameworks Demonstrated experience in managing the implementation of a continuous improvement program at an organisation wide level Demonstrated ability to create, plan, coordinate and deliver education and training activities with flexible delivery options in consultation with the are Development Unit, Learning & Development and Residential Managers Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and work flexibly across site If you're passionate about improving aged care through education and quality—and you're ready to grow your career within BaptistCare—we’d love to hear from you!
