Capital PMO Manager
About The Role
* Lead the PMO function across the Housing Capital Programme (£40m+ annual investment).
* Design, monitor, and report on KPIs, milestones, financial performance, and compliance.
* Provide insight and challenge to improve delivery and value for money.
* Manage systems for programme monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
* Support senior leaders with accurate data and analysis for decision‑making.
* Lead and develop a small team, ensuring consistent programme management standards.
About You
* Strong experience of programme or project management within housing, construction, or capital investment.
* Excellent data analysis, performance management, and financial reporting skills.
* Proven ability to lead a PMO function and embed robust processes.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, able to work with senior stakeholders.
* A proactive, problem‑solving approach with attention to detail.
