Job Title: Telecommunication Operators Engagement and Delivery Manager Location: London / Hybrid (expected to attend meetings across various locations, likely London once per week)

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead engagement and delivery management with UK Telecommunication Operators. You will play a critical role in the implementation of secure, compliant, and resilient communications data systems supporting law enforcement, intelligence services, and authorised users.
Provide programme oversight to ensure timely, effective implementation of communication data systems.
Manage commercial processes with operators, ensuring oversight and assurance of technical delivery.
Navigate and align delivery initiatives with national priorities, legal requirements, and strategic capability needs.
Ensure compliance with the Investigatory Powers Act and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
Extensive experience (5–10 years) in stakeholder engagement, delivery management, or telecommunications operations.
Demonstrated success working with Telecommunication Operators, law enforcement, and intelligence agencies.
Strong understanding of telecoms operations and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage complex, sensitive projects in secure environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across complex stakeholder landscapes.
Proven background working in high-security environments with telecommunication operators or intelligence services.
