We partner with professional football clubs, player agencies, multi-sport organisations, and major venues to identify and place the senior leaders shaping the future of sport. Our work spans Club-side, Player-side, and Venue leadership, from CEO and Sporting Director to Commercial Director and Head of Performance.
We are growing. As we expand our research capability and deepen our talent intelligence across European sport, we are building a team of analysts who will become the next generation of specialist search consultants.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for a sports-passionate graduate to gain genuine, hands-on experience inside one of the UK's most specialist executive search practices. You will work directly alongside senior consultants, building the intelligence and talent infrastructure that powers leadership searches across professional football, rugby, cricket, and multi-sport.
This is not a traditional internship. You will have real deliverables, real access, and a defined pathway to a full-time Associate role if you perform.
What You'll Be Doing
* Mapping leadership structures across Premier League, Championship, and European clubs
* Building and maintaining candidate profiles for Club-side, Player-side, and Venue roles
* Tracking career moves, appointments, and market developments across elite sport
* Preparing research packs for active searches — CEO, Sporting Director, Commercial Director, Head of Performance
* Monitoring the player agency landscape — key firms, principals, and client rosters
* Producing weekly market intelligence summaries for the consulting team
* Supporting business development through client research and prospect profiling
What We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for elite sport — professional football, rugby, cricket, or multi-sport
* Recently graduated in Sport Management, Sport Business, Business, or a related field
* Strong research skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Comfortable using LinkedIn; willing to learn specialist CRM tools
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to balance study and professional commitments
* Discreet and professional — you will be working with confidential information about senior individuals and live searches
* A genuine interest in Executive search and pursuing a career within it
