Your Responsibilities Include
Supporting pupils in the classroom to access learning.
Working 1:1 with children with additional needs or in small group interventions.
Helping to prepare and maintain engaging classroom resources.
Supporting behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and positive routines.
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
Providing encouragement, praise, and motivation to pupils of all ages.
Building strong, trusting relationships with students and staff alike.
Who Were Looking For
Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or 3 ideal, but not essential).
Experience in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth support setting.
Positive, patient, and committed individuals with strong communication skills.
Passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential.
Flexible, reliable and ready to jump into a new classroom challenge
