The Head of Client Management will:
Oversee a portfolio of Factoring clients.
Ensure effective risk management practices.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Manage the Client Management team and monitor processes and controls.
Liaise proactively with the sales team.
Provide guidance and make decisions within set parameters.
Understand various Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending products.
