Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Salary: £74,290 - £85,601 per annum, Band 8c

Job Overview
Responsible for the leadership and management of Children’s and Young People’s Services, ensuring effective structures and systems for healthcare professionals. Provide support to senior leadership, develop business plans, and contribute to strategic policies and service development.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop strategic direction for Children’s and Young People’s Services.
2. Lead service redesign and develop clinical pathways.
3. Manage budgets, oversee financial and activity planning.
4. Ensure quality standards and compliance with statutory and national policies.
5. Manage staff, oversee recruitment, appraisals, and professional development.
6. Develop partnerships with external agencies and ensure effective communication.
7. Lead governance, risk management, and professional issues within the group.
Qualifications and Experience
* Masters degree or equivalent in a professional or numerate discipline.
* Senior management experience, including budget management.
* Knowledge of national and regional health strategies (desirable).
