Located in a well-known seaside town, the store is in the heart of Skegness with good transport links. The role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the store's continued success.

Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager: assist in the day-to-day running of the store and ensure costs are contained within targets.
* Drive Sales: help maximise store profitability by promoting sales and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Customer Service: maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
* Team Development: manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and lead by example.
* Deputise for the Manager: step in when required to ensure smooth store operations.
