Annual salary: up to £26,000.00 Property Coordinator Basingstoke Full Time, Fixed-Term Contract Salary up to £26,000 per annum Would you like to be part of an award-winning nationwide company? Mears Housing Management, based in Basingstoke, is currently recruiting two Property Coordinators to support a key project within our RLAP (Rent Local Authority Portfolio) portfolio. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the successful transfer of approximately 2,600 addresses within the RLAP portfolio to a single energy supplier. As a Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all required actions to ensure a smooth and efficient transition, helping to safeguard continuity of service for tenants and minimise the risk of disruption. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain effective working relationships with the new energy supplier. Reduce the risk and impact of supply interruptions through proactive planning and communication. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to avoid escalation of issues such as debt management. Support the process of meter exchanges, including arranging access and resolving operational challenges. Maintain accurate records to support service delivery and ensure reporting accuracy through strong data integrity. Contribute to quality management by engaging in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Assist with ad hoc projects and provide support and cover across teams within Mears Housing Management. Role Criteria We’re looking for individuals who are proactive, organised, and excellent communicators. To be considered for this role, you should have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. Experience working within a residential lettings/ property environment or in the energy sector. Experience in a customer service environment. Experience dealing with a diverse client group. A strong understanding of inclusive practices and a commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
