About the Role
Escape Recruitment are seeking a Field Service Engineer on behalf of our client to install, maintain, and repair a variety of coffee and vending machines across the Central Belt. You'll be field-based, ensuring customers receive reliable service and minimal downtime, with full support from our technical team.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, service, and repair coffee & vending equipment
* Diagnose and fix electrical/mechanical faults
* Perform preventative maintenance
* Manage parts and service records
* Provide excellent customer support
What We're Looking For
* Strong electrical & mechanical skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Customer-facing service experience
Desirable
* Coffee/vending service experience
* City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical
* Confident communicator with a passion for great service
