A well-established private organisation is looking for a motivated IT Analyst to join its growing IT team. This is a hands‑on position within a fast‑paced environment, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality technical support and contributing to ongoing improvements across the business.

What we’re looking for
* Experience working in an IT support or service desk environment
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and basic networking
* Knowledge of Microsoft environments and core business applications (Azure/Windows Server)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
* Proactive, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities
* A team player with a strong customer‑focused mindset
* Willingness to learn and develop within a varied IT role
Key responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for a range of IT issues
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and network‑related problems
* Support a mix of devices including laptops, mobile devices and peripherals
* Administer user accounts and access across core systems
* Assist with system upgrades, deployments and IT projects
* Maintain accurate documentation and asset records
* Deliver high levels of service to both on‑site and remote users
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
