The Role: Provide timely, accurate, and compliant advice and customer service to a range of valuable client accounts. Sell value-added products and services, including PCL and risk management services. Support teammates by identifying training needs, offering mentorship, and helping achieve team targets and development goals. Produce MI reports and additional client insights for senior management as required. Proactively analyse and advise on process improvement initiatives for the team and business as a whole.
