3-6 months contract with a local authority Job Purpose The Prevention, Data & Outcomes Lead is responsible for driving improvement across key Housing Advice & Enabling functions, including waiting list management, rough sleeping services, homelessness prevention, and strategy and enabling. The post holder will support service transformation, strengthen operational delivery, improve performance, and ensure data-driven decision making. Key Duties/Accountabilities Lead delivery improvement activity across all Housing Advice & Enabling teams. Review current processes and identify areas for increased efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness. Develop and implement improvement plans aligned with service priorities. Drive best practice in prevention, assessment, and case management approaches. Essential Experience Required Proven line management experience, including supporting staff, managing performance, and leading teams. Experience working within housing, homelessness, rough sleeping, or related public-sector services. Background in service improvement, operational delivery, or change management. Essential Qualifications Required Management or leadership qualification (desirable). Evidence of continuous professional development in housing, homelessness, or service improvement.
