Contact Centre Advisor – Haverhill – National Minimum Wage
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you'll play a vital role in answering queries by customers and members on the phone and by email. Your responsibilities will include handling bookings, cancellations, membership sales, and addressing any member queries with care and professionalism.

* Mon – Thu: 09.00 – 18.30
* Fri: 09.00 – 17.30
* Sat – Sun: 09.00 – 13.00

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting all queries over the phone, email and social media ensuring a positive experience is followed
* Manage bookings, process memberships or cancellations, and provide information to members as needed
* Maintain a high standard of customer service, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions
* Utilise computer systems confidently to handle administrative tasks efficiently
