We are currently partnering with a children's charity, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is a national charity who work with schools to empower young people and actively working on a growth strategy.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £36,000 per annum and the start date is April 2026 subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews
* Supporting hiring managers with recruitment planning, candidate engagement and onboarding processes
* Supporting managers with employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
* Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation to ensure consistent and compliant people management
* Managing the LMS and actively promoting CPD
* Identifying training needs and coordinating learning initiatives to support organisational development
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Ideally CIPD qualified
* Recruitment and L&D expertise
* Compliance and due diligence

Working hours:
* 35 hours per week
* Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (Tues-Thurs in office)
