We are looking for a Full Time Coffee Shop Supervisor to join the team in our Cafe in The Crieff Food Company. Our Cafe boasts an impressive menu serving the highest quality, mouth-watering food using the best local produce and home baking with everything made in-house. Our competitive rate for this role is £12.70 per hour. Hours for the role are 32 per week over 4 days. This will involve regular weekend work so flexbility is a must. The Role As the Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in leading in the front of house operation working closely with our chef and kitchen team to prepare and serve our fabulous food with outstanding service and personality. What you will be doing as a Coffee Shop Supervisor? Oversee set up of the front of house and counters operation each day ensuring readiness for service. Coordinate the team in front of house operation to create a welcoming and efficient service for our customers, taking every opportunity to create a Wow experience. Ensure staff have detailed knowledge of our mouth-watering menus to share with our customers as well as creating fabulous counter displays. Carry out all required Food Hygiene and Health and Safety checks. Review and follow staff rotas to ensure service level requirements are met What makes you our perfect Coffee Shop Supervisor?
