We’re building the future of payments for brick-and-mortar businesses starting with hospitality and we need a standout Partnership Manager to help us get there.

Kody is growing fast. Backed by leading tech investors and some of the biggest names in hospitality, we’re on a mission to modernise how businesses manage payments. Our platform combines mobile POS, payments aggregation, and slick tools that make life easier for business owners.

Now we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about partnerships and thrives on making things happen. You’ll help us scale by bringing in new ISOs and Referral Partners, building brilliant relationships and driving real commercial impact.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who knows the payments space and loves the hustle.


What You'll Be Doing

* Finding, pitching and onboarding ISOs and Referral Partners that align with our growth strategy.
* Building and managing a strong pipeline of commercial partnerships through networking, cold outreach, events, LinkedIn (and whatever creative hustle you bring to the table).
* Aiming to run 10–15 face-to-face or virtual meetings per week to drive partnership growth.
* Working closely with our Commercial team and other internal teams to deliver standout partner and customer experiences.
* Promoting the wider Kody product suite and making sure each partnership delivers strong value for everyone.
* Keeping HubSpot up to date, tidy, your pipeline strong and your deals on track.
* Upselling Kody and building your network of referral partners.
* Ultimately, smashing your monthly revenue targets through strong partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience working in ISO or referral sales within payments or fintech.
* A strong understanding of how partner-driven acquisition works, with examples to back it up.
* Confidence and comfort running outbound sales, building relationships from scratch and nurturing long-term partner value.
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot... you know how to keep deals moving.
* Commercially minded i.e. you're always thinking in revenue, pipeline and partner potential.
* Creative thinking and hustle: when doors don’t open, you find a window (or build one).
* A strong network across payments, ISOs, hospitality, or related industries is a huge plus.
* Strong communicator, clear, concise and credible whether you're pitching, negotiating or updating stakeholders.
* Resilience, curiosity and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
