We have a client based in East Sussex who work in the print and design sector for a variety of organisations providing fulfilment, marketing material, direct mail etc…
They want an assistant to work with the finance and accounts team
3 days a week to start with – hence the pro rata, but then growing into 5 days once more established
They want someone who is very administrative, really good attention to detail, must be IT literate with good knowledge of word, excel and the usual suspects
The company use Zero accounting package, experience with this software would be great but not essential
Must drive, they are not based near to any public transport stops but they do have plenty of parking spaces available
Experience in a similar option would be good but this is a junior option so again not essential.
