Your new role
As Business Process Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing the end-to-end Target Operating Model (TOM) for the future state. You will:
1. Analyse and identify gaps in current business processes across four existing operating models.
2. Design and document high-level processes and customer journeys, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and CRM implementation.
3. Consolidate best practices from multiple operating models into one coherent framework, signposting interactions and dependencies.
4. Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst (detailed requirements), Tech Lead (technology enablement), and key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between business and IT.
5. Act as a bridge betweenmercial operations and technology, focusing on customer experience,pliance, and scalability rather than deep technical detail.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience in business process architecture, operating model design, or large-scale transformation programmes.
7. Strong ability to think holistically and translateplex business needs into clear, future-focused process designs.
8. Skilled in customer journey mapping and process modelling (BPMN or equivalent).
9. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across business and IT teams.
10. Experience in regulated or high-volume customer-facing environments is advantageous.
