The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of a busy desk focused on the trades and labour sector and you will be responsible for: • Building and nurturing relationships with construction businesses across the region. • Sourcing and placing skilled candidates into high-demand roles. • Growing your client portfolio through business development and networking. • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement. • Meeting activity and revenue targets with autonomy and support.
