Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Lecturer in Property Management to support our growing apprenticeship programmes. The role involves teaching, curriculum development, research portfolio development and student support within a diverse team covering entrepreneurship and specialist management.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality teaching to apprentices, undergraduate and postgraduate students.
* Design and develop curriculum for property management and business‑related courses.
* Provide effective assessment, feedback and student support.
* Engage in research activities focused on property management and related disciplines.
* Contribute to quality assurance and external engagement.
* Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods.
* Participate in professional development and community initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrable teaching experience in property management and business disciplines at apprenticeship, undergraduate or postgraduate level.
* Collegial approach with a willingness to work positively within a team.
* Experience with innovative teaching methods and techniques.
* Ability to develop a research portfolio in property management or related fields.

Salary and Contract
Salary range: £44,746–£56,535 (pro‑rated at 0.5 full‑time equivalents). 3‑year fixed‑term part‑time contract (18.5 hours per week).
