Are you a high-performing field sales professional ready to own your territory and earn without limits?
We're looking for a commercially driven Area Development Manager to drive regional growth across the drainage, waste, construction, plant hire, or utilities sectors.
This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, builds long-term relationships, and wants full control of their earnings.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively generating new business across your region
Developing and growing existing accounts
Conducting site visits to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Producing accurate quotations and forecasting sales performance
Collaborating with depot managers and operations teams
Attending client meetings, networking events, and conducting cold outreach
What We're Looking For
Proven field sales experience (drainage, waste, plant hire, civils, utilities, construction preferred)
Strong new business hunter mentality
Commercially astute and target-driven
Excellent relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own diary
Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points)
