About the role
Risk Partner role supporting lending teams (Origination, RMT, CBF). Provide expert risk advice, support risk assessments, embed control methodologies, manage incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities
* Advise lending teams to identify, assess, and manage risks effectively.
* Facilitate and chair monthly risk meetings to drive awareness and action.
* Embed control and monitoring methodologies to strengthen operational resilience.

What we expect
* Extensive experience in risk management within UK banking or financial services.

* Professional qualifications in risk management or relevant banking experience.
