The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established and growing service-led organisation, is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support operational and commercial leadership.
This role will play a key part in driving financial performance, improving margin delivery and providing meaningful insight to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary finance partner to operational stakeholders
* Analyse financial and operational KPIs to drive performance improvement
* Identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue and margin
* Support budgeting and rolling forecast processes
* Develop financial models for commercial initiatives and business opportunities
* Provide robust variance analysis and forward-looking performance insight
* Contribute to pricing and commercial evaluations
* Support continuous improvement in reporting and financial processes
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) or finalist
(strong part-qualified candidates with relevant experience considered)
* Experience in commercial finance or business partnering
* Strong analytical capability and financial modelling skills
* Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively
* Commercially curious with a proactive mindset
