Working in the Resourcing and Recruitment Centre for a large public sector organisation based in Central Cardiff. The organisation offers hybrid working and is easily accessible via public transport.
Your new role
You will be working in a high priority delivery team, supporting the organisation's vision for a modern, inclusive, and high-performing resourcing and recruitment service:
1. Case management
2. Document handling and drafting
3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
4. Drafting adverts
5. Processing applications
6. ID checks
What you'll need to succeed
7. Proven administrative experience
8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Excel and Outlook in particular
9. Managing own case load
10. Excellentmunication skills – liaising with members of the public as well as internal stakeholders
11. Must bas DBS check
