ROLE: Maintenance Manager
WORKING HOURS: 40 per week, Monday-Friday
REMUNERATION: c£55,000 plus company benefits
LOCATION: Clover Nook Site, Somercotes, Alfreton

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager, to lead and manage all maintenance activities within the production facilities based at our Clover Nook Site, Alfreton.
This is a pivotal role within the department having responsibility to oversee the maintenance planning, lead a skilled technical team, and implement strategies that reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
WHAT OUR MAINTENANCE MANAGERS DO:
1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime and support continuous production operations
2. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment history, and spare parts inventory
3. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
4. Ensure all Maintenance personnel are properly trained in safe work practices and emergency response protocols
