Brentwood Care Centre, based in Brentwood Essex, are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight of our care home. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse or senior clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key role in ensuring clinical excellence, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
